The 2010 WyDEC Distance Education Conference will be held at Sheridan College (Sheridan, Wyoming) on May 24-26.

WyDEC encourages and welcomes participation from all higher education institutions in all neighboring states, including Montana, Utah, Nebraska, Colorado.

The conference planning committee is seeking sponsors and/or vendors from higher education partners to help offset conference costs. Additionally, your organization may submit a proposal to make a presentation at the conference. This form will guide you through that process as well.

Applications for vendors/sponsors are now being accepted through April 12, 2010!

Conference objectives:

  • Examine key elements of best practices in teaching and learning at a distance
  • Share information about new and emerging learning technologies
  • Discuss current trends and developments in Distance Education
  • Facilitate networking opportunities

 

Sponsor/Vendor Options:

  • Manned Display ($200.00): includes one free conference registration, 1/4 page ad in conference program, one 8 foot table.
  • Unmanned Display ($150.00): includes 1/4 page ad in conference program, table setup with information provided by sponsor.
  • Monetary Sponsorship: contributions of $50 or more includes ad in conference program (size determined by amount of contribution).
  • In-kind Sponsorship: WyDEC will accept your contribution of promotional items, registration packet items/gifts, portfolios, etc.
  • Sponsor Presentation ($80.00): The sponsor presentation will be put in the printed schedule and a room reserved. All presentations are subject to selection by the program committee.
