About the Conference
The Wyoming Distance Education Consortia (WyDEC) proudly announces the 9th Annual WyDEC Distance Education Conference. The 2009 conference is supported by the Wyoming Community College Commission and each year is hosted by one of the seven Wyoming Community Colleges. This year's conference will be hosted by Casper College in Casper, Wyoming. The event has a tradition of sharing innovative ideas and practices for enhancing teaching and learning at a distance as well as uses of emerging technologies that support traditional campus-based courses.
Join us for this exciting professional development opportunity May 18-20, 2009.
Conference objectives:
- Examine key elements of best practices in teaching and learning at a distance
- Share information about new and emerging learning technologies
- Discuss current trends and developments in Distance Education
- Facilitate networking opportunities

- Apr 6: Vendor/Sponsor Application closes
- May 1: Early registration ends
- May 8: All registration ends
